Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Lead Steward to oversee the maintenance and sanitation of the kitchen and surrounding areas. You will coordinate with management and support the Stewarding team to uphold safety standards and efficient operations.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to train new Members, manage inventory, and participate in daily stand-up meetings while maintaining flexibility for shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous stewarding experience preferred.
• Inventory controls and procurement processes experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage dishwashing and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Sort, clean, and wash dishes, silverware, and pots.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, surfaces, and walk-ins.
• Handle trash disposal and waste management.
• Follow HMMP procedures for hazardous materials.
• Assist management with training, onboarding, and stand-up meetings.
