Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils; maintain sanitation of kitchen and related areas.
• Sort, clean, and store dishes, silverware, and kitchen items.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors.
• Handle trash disposal and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Operate dish machine and related cleaning equipment; support HMMP procedures.
