Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Utility Porter to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and facilities, and to manage trash and cardboard disposal across kitchens and F&B venues.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends; prior stewarding experience is preferred. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma required.
• Some experience in stewarding preferred.
• Ability to read and understand safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens, venues and equipment.
• Pick up and dispose of trash and cardboard in kitchens and F&B venues.
• Wash, clean, and polish equipment to be ready for use.
• Operate cleaning equipment and dish machines.
• Assist with all aspects of dish and pot washing as needed.
