Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote site reliability culture and document learnings internally.
• Improve reliability and stability using data-driven analytics and improve service levels.
• Collaborate to define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets with stakeholders.
