Defines service level objectives and error budgets with stakeholders.

Serves as main incident contact to quickly identify and resolve issues and minimize financial impact.
Mentors other engineers and shares expertise across teams.
Leads adoption of AI-assisted reliability workflows across SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
