• Leads resiliency design reviews and guides complex problems to smaller tasks for engineers.
• Drives service level indicators and objectives with stakeholders to ensure reliability.
• Mentors engineers and acts as a technical lead for mid-to-large products.
• Leads AI-assisted reliability workflows with CI/CD and observability practices.
