Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to shape reliability on the AI ML & Data platform team in Jersey City. You will lead incidents, drive resiliency reviews, and mentor engineers across complex systems.

As a technical lead for mid-to-large products, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts, set guardrails for AI-assisted operations, and ensure security and regulatory compliance. Python proficiency and large-scale experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal training in site reliability engineering concepts is required.
• Proven proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and architecture.
• Fluent in Python and enterprise-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the incident management process.
• Lead major incidents as Incident Commander and guide RCA.
• Drive operational readiness and change/release practices with readiness checks.
• Facilitate reliability forums and drive accountability and learnings.
• Lead AI-assisted reliability workflows with traceability and security controls.
