Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong observability, monitoring, and telemetry knowledge.
• Ability to assess AI recommendations for risk and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Models and champions SRE culture, sharing knowledge internally.
• Drives reliability with data-driven analytics to improve SLIs/SLAs.
• Establishes SLIs/SLOs with stakeholders and customers.
• Leads AI-assisted triage and post-incident analysis initiatives.
• Acts as main incident contact to resolve issues quickly.
• Mentors engineers with senior technical guidance.
• Leads reuse-first adoption of AI reliability workflows across SDLC.
