Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior SPW Project Manager to oversee Self-Perform Work delivery in Texas. You will lead scope, schedule, cost, and quality across multiple projects, coordinating with design and GC teams to ensure flawless execution on site.

You will mentor project teams, manage budgets and procurement, and drive safety and continuous improvement. A strong track record in SPW trades and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10–12 years of construction operations experience; 5+ years in SPW projects or trades (concrete, drywall, framing).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPW project execution across multiple scopes and teams to meet scope, schedule and cost objectives.
• Oversee planning, resource allocation, and cost management for profitability.
• Mentor SPW project teams (PMs, engineers, superintendents) for growth.
• Coordinate SPW scopes with design and GC teams and resolve technical/logistical challenges.
• Approve budgets, forecasts, and procurement strategies; monitor safety and quality programs.
