Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Executive, Industry Partnerships, to build executive-level relationships with behavioral health leaders and drive referrals to LifeStance.

The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development, works with regional leadership to expand our referral network, and helps shape national go-to-market strategies, CRM practices and performance reporting to grow patient volume with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales and/or business development experience, preferably in healthcare services.
• Experience working in the behavioral health industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create standardized referral relationships with behavioral health provider organizations, care management and navigation platforms, payors, and other referring organizations to drive patient volume for our practices.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop a national strategy and execution plan to increase referrals toward clinical services.
• Navigate partner leadership at corporate and local levels to maximize referral volume.
• Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external to LifeStance.
• Partner with marketing on collateral development and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain CRM and design relevant reporting to drive referral volume and performance.
