Job summary

Target is hiring a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader in Tinley Park, IL. You will drive store performance, lead a team across A&A, Beauty and Electronics, and ensure products are available and presented to guests.

You will recruit, coach and develop hourly teammates and leaders, manage schedules, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining store profitability and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.

• Drive total store sales and lead departments to achieve goals.
• Create a guest-obsessed culture and lead the team to prioritize guest experience.
• Create schedules aligning to guest traffic and business needs.
• Manage merchandising and pricing workload, transitions and promotions.
• Lead backroom processes, organization, replenishment to ensure product availability.
• Develop and coach team leaders, onboarding and training.
• Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
