Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader in the United States. You will drive store sales, lead the team across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics, and ensure products are available and well-presented for guests.

You will build a guest-first culture, develop schedules, manage merchandising priorities, and coach hourly teams to meet store goals. This role emphasizes leadership across departments and customer-centric operations.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to profit growth across departments.
• Create a guest-obsessed culture and lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Create schedules and adjust workload to align with traffic and business needs.
• Plan merchandising and pricing workload and oversee backroom operations.
• Lead and develop a team of consultants across multiple specialty areas (A&A, Beauty, Electronics).
• Recruit, onboard and coach hourly team members and leaders.
