Job summary

Target in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader to elevate guest experiences, lead a team of consultants across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty, Home, Baby and Electronics, and drive total store sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, onboard and coach hourly team members, plan merchandising and promotions, monitor guest metrics, partner with vendors, and model inclusive, safe, and ethical leadership to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
