Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store sales and lead Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics teams. You will build a guest-obsessed culture, plan schedules, and coach hourly team members to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

We look for a 4-year degree (or equivalent), strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability by leading your departments.

• Lead and coach team members across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics to achieve goals.
• Lead merchandising, pricing strategies and backroom processes to ensure product availability.
