Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, on-site kitchen at rural summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee all prep and production for a designated day part, manage a team, and uphold strict allergen safety standards.

This is a live-on-site, exempt role requiring a minimum 6-day/70-hour week. You will coordinate with camp leadership, maintain inventory, and ensure top-quality, scratch-cooked meals for campers with dietary needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Live-on-site lifestyle; 6-day/70-hour week.
