Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rustic on-site camp facilities. You will oversee all prep and production for a designated day part, manage staff, and ensure strict allergen safety in a fast-paced environment.

Live on-site for a seasonal contract (May–Sept) with a demanding 6‑day/70‑hour week, competitive pay, a bonus structure, and full room & board.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, cooking, and allergen management skills.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to live on-site in a rustic setting and handle a demanding 6‑day/70‑hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee all prep and production for designated day part and ensure timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and health department sanitation standards.
• Control inventory and assist with daily reporting and budgeting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
