Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations at our on-site, rural summer camps across the US. This hands-on role manages prep, production, staff, and allergen safety for a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will supervise a team, ensure quality and timely service, and uphold strict allergen protocols while coordinating with camp leadership and campers. This is a live-in, seasonal position May–Sept with room for growth within a dynamic camp community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and maintain Health Department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
