Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This live-in position requires you to live on-site in rustic settings and thrive under a demanding 6‑day/70‑hour week, while contributing to a vibrant camp community with room and board provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, ability to navigate an iPad, versatile with ingredients, know all Big 9 Allergens, and sharp problem-solving.
