Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities. You will oversee all prep and production for a designated day part, manage staff, and ensure strict allergen safety protocols in a high-volume, on-site setting.

Responsibilities include leading a dynamic team, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with camp leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences while living on-site for the contract period May–Sept.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership and cooking skills; able to navigate iPad and identify major food allergens; sharp problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Administer inventory, budgeting, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, and camp leadership.
