Hand & Stone Smyrna GA is seeking a Lead Spa Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support daily operations at our Smyrna location. The role focuses on coaching team members, driving membership sales, and maintaining a welcoming spa environment for guests.

You will lead by example in customer service, provide coaching, and help meet retail and service goals while ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures and a clean, organized space. Weekend availability required.
