Job summary

Hand & Stone Smyrna is seeking a Lead Spa Associate to inspire, coach, and deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting daily operations and membership sales.

You will lead by example, train Spa Associates, drive retail goals, open/close procedures, maintain cleanliness, and help build a positive, results-driven team culture. Weekend availability required; competitive hourly pay starts at $17.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
