Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Lead Spa Associate to supervise daily operations and coach team members while driving membership sales and retail performance.

You will lead by example with superior customer service, help open/close procedures, maintain high cleanliness standards, and support scheduling and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and strong communication are essential.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet membership sales goals.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for coaching others.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability including weekends.

Responsibilities
