• Proven leadership in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong cooking background with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Experience training and coaching hourly kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensures kitchen is fully staffed at all times.
• Interviews, trains, counsels, and coaches staff.
• Ensures training materials, development and schedules are followed.
• Communicates clearly with Team Members.
• Maintains harassment-free environment for all Team Members.
• Manages labor across shifts to protect guest experience.
• Ensures line checks and production align with NYAJoe's systems and standards.
• Maintains operational excellence for efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Creates a restaurant atmosphere patrons and employees enjoy.
• Performs other duties as needed.
