Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen is fully staffed at all times
• Interview, train, counsel and coach staff
• Follow training materials, development and schedules
• Communicate clearly with all Team Members
• Maintain harassment-free environment
• Adjust labor from shift to shift without harming guest experience
• Ensure line checks and production meet NYAJoe's standards
• Maintain operational excellence of the kitchen
• Comply with all laws and guidelines
• Create an enjoyable restaurant atmosphere for patrons and staff
• Perform other tasks as needed
