Not Your Average Joe's in Westwood is seeking a Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team under the guidance of the Executive Chef. You will oversee all kitchen hourly positions, ensure consistent execution of quality standards, systems, procedures, and culture, and bring strong cooking, organization and leadership to daily operations.

The ideal candidate is focused, hardworking and team oriented, with hands-on cooking experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen staff and maintaining standards.
• Strong background in cooking, organization and leadership.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring kitchen is fully staffed at all times.
• Interviews, trains, coaches staff and provides feedback.
