Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run BOH shifts and oversee food prep, inventory, and kitchen operations.
• Lead BOH pre-shift meetings and line checks.
• Maintain recipe books with GM/chefs.
• Perform regular line checks for quality of all menu items.
• Purchase and order food products and supplies.
• Assist with tracking and controlling food cost.
• Ensure smooth FOH-BOH communication.
• Hire, train, and develop BOH staff.
• Model teamwork across all kitchens.
