• Experience as Executive Chef in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Skilled in managing BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH operations and purchasing standards.
• Lead hourly and management teams; uphold Culture of Caring.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus with divisional leaders.
• Train BOH staff and ensure SOP compliance.
• Conduct quarterly in-restaurant audits of BOH procedures.
• Collaborate with chefs to manage recipe costing and inventory.
• Hire, onboard and develop BOH employees.
