Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Skilled in managing BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH operations, ensuring purchasing standards, inventory control, and food cost management.
• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams.
• Research, develop and execute seasonal menus with divisional leaders.
• Ensure effective BOH training with divisional trainers and chefs.
• Conduct quarterly in-restaurant audits of BOH SOPs and systems.
• Collaborate with chefs to purchase food and supplies; manage recipe books.
