Aba Austin is hiring a Chef de Cuisine through Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. We are seeking a candidate with 4+ years of Chef de Cuisine experience in a full-service setting and a proven ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams.
• Track and control food cost and manage purchases and daily orders.
• Partner with GM to create prep lists and assign production duties to BOH staff.
