Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef to lead a dynamic, high-volume scratch kitchen. You will help manage daily operations, assist in all manner of food prep, supervise line staff, and handle inventory with an eye for efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of similar experience, a strong leadership record, excellent verbal and written communication, and flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of similar chef/kitchen supervisor experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations with leadership and guest engagement.
• Excellent communication and flexibility for a 24-hour operation.
