Nans Kitchen is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will assist the Executive Chef in running service, prep, and quality control, while supervising staff and mentoring junior cooks to uphold our high standards.

You will lead by example, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere in a fast-paced environment. Certification in ServSafe or Food Handler is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold ServeSafe or Food Handler certification.
• Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Passion for quality and guest experience.
