Nan's Kitchen is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in running a high-volume kitchen, including food prep, service, and quality control. You will oversee the culinary team, mentor younger cooks, and uphold exceptional dining standards to create memorable experiences.

You bring strong leadership, a passion for great food, and ServeSafe or Food Handler certification to lead a motivated, productive team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a kitchen.
• Experience with high-volume cooking and service.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler certification required.
