Qualifications

• Experience in a Sous Chef or kitchen leadership role.
• Strong background in high-volume cooking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for developing young culinary talent; ServeSafe or Food Handler's certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in collaboration with the Executive Chef
• Manage and mentor line cooks and prep staff, leading by example
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and timing during service
• Coordinate prep and execution for a busy, fast-paced kitchen
• Monitor and manage food waste and inventory
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inspiring kitchen environment
• Support a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning
