Job summary

With 60k–75k annual salary and a 5-day workweek (~50 hours), you’ll drive culinary excellence, manage inventory, and contribute to a positive, high-performance kitchen culture across multiple opportunities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Sous Chef experience in an all-scratch kitchen.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Knowledge of inventory control, food costing, and kitchen systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop line cooks and kitchen staff.
• Ensure consistent execution of recipes, plating, and quality standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and food cost controls.
• Support scheduling, labor management, and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented kitchen culture.
