• Maintain the integrity of the wine program through frequent quality checks of opened wines by the glass.
• Maintain complete knowledge of brands, characteristics and description of every wine by the glass; bottle selections; glassware and garnishes; bar menu items; preparation method/time, portion sizes, presentation, and prices.
• Assist in training staff members on beverage knowledge and systems relating to the wine.
• Attend wine and beverage tastings and seminars as part of continuing education.
