Responsibilities

• Thank guests and provide a fond farewell.
• Listen and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand processes to resolve issues and build trust.
• Comply with quality assurance standards.
• Present checks and process payments, adhering to cash handling and gratuity policies.
• Answer menu questions and consult kitchen for clarification.
• Maintain clean work areas and practice clean-as-you-go.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Set tables per event type and service standards with correct linens and ware.
• Follow procedures for serving alcohol.
• Record transactions in the system at the time of order.
• Follow safety and security policies to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Complete closing duties and restock, clean, and secure equipment.
