We value advanced wine knowledge, 3–4 years of fine dining experience, and a polished presentation. This leadership role emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and delivering memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of fine dining or sommelier experience.
• Advanced knowledge of wine, food pairings, and fine dining service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently describe menu offerings and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft-based applications.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and personalized hospitality to every guest.
• Recommend, present, and serve wines in accordance with Sorelle’s service standards.
• Guide guests through menu and wine selections with confidence and expertise.
• Anticipate guest preferences, dietary needs, and special requests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve service opportunities.
• Support VIP experiences and special dining events.
