Solage Management Inc is seeking a warm, professional Restaurant Host to join Solage, Auberge Collection in Calistoga. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and seating, take reservations, and coordinate with staff to maintain smooth service.

Ideal candidates have customer service or hospitality experience, strong English communication, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Minimum age to serve alcohol and relevant certifications may apply; starting pay is $17.90 per hour plus

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain food handlers and alcohol training certifications.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly, provide courteous service, check-in and seat guests.
• Answer phones, take reservations, record orders in systems.
• Coordinate with staff to optimize guest flow and avoid overbooking.
• Assist with station setup, assign stations, guide servers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host station.
• Monitor guest profiles and VIP requests in systems.
• Ensure menus and wine lists are up-to-date and stocked.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Know hotel services and local attractions; respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage to set a positive restaurant tone.
