Job summary

SOLV Drilling Industrial Services, LLC is seeking a Solar Superintendent to oversee solar construction operations on utility-scale projects. You will supervise planning, crews, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate with engineering, develop schedules and budgets, inspect sites, manage drilling foundations, and report to stakeholders. A High School diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience is required, along with MS Office

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in foundation drilling and construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee solar construction operations, ensuring safety and specs.
• Lead crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineering to interpret geotechnical data.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Inspect sites for soil conditions, drilling progress, quality.
• Enforce safety protocols with regular meetings.
• Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Manage foundation drilling projects from start to finish.
