Thomson Reuters is seeking a Lead Engineer to join the CoCounsel Applications team and take a hands-on leadership role in building and evolving our external integration strategy using MCP and A2A. You will own full-stack features across frontend and backend systems and lead by example in code quality and collaboration.

You will mentor engineers, set technical standards, and work with product, design, and platform partners to deliver high-impact customer-facing features in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production web applications.
