Accounting Search is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across core subsystems of a simulation software platform. This fully remote role requires guiding architectural decisions, delivering complex features, and safeguarding codebase health with significant autonomy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in desktop software development, strong C++14+ skills, Windows UI experience (MFC), and familiarity with XML/JSON serialization and ML applications in simulation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in desktop software development, preferably in simulation software.
• Proficiency in modern C++ (C++14+).
• Experience developing Windows applications with Visual Studio (2019+).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) for Windows UI.
• Experience with object serialization in XML/JSON.
• Applying ML to simulation.
