Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across simulation software platforms. You will guide architectural decisions, champion modern engineering practices, and deliver complex features with autonomy.

Candidates should have a BS in CS, 5+ years in desktop software, and strong C++14+ experience, Windows development with Visual Studio, MFC, and serialization (XML/JSON). Experience with MODFLOW/MT3D is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of desktop software development experience.
• Experience with MODFLOW, MT3D or related contamination transport modeling.
• Proficiency in modern C++ (C++14 or later).
• Experience developing Windows applications with Visual Studio (2019 or later).
