Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 years of desktop software development experience, ideally from a simulation software background.
• Proficiency in modern C (C14 or later).
• Experience developing Windows applications with Visual Studio (2019 or later).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) for Windows UI development.
• Experience with object serialization and structured data formats (XML, JSON).
• Applying ML to simulation.
