Rippling is hiring for a Founding Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions Sales Manager. You will lead and develop a team of SMB Account Executives in a fast-growing company and directly influence the Data Cloud sales division's growth and talent development.

This role reports to the Senior Director of IT Sales. You will coach, hire, and ramp new team members, while collaborating with SEs, Professional Services, and Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge vision and execution.

Formación

• 3–5 years of sales management experience in tech.
• Track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
• Ability to forecast team performance.
• Ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives.
• Assist your team through strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to Rippling Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions.
• Monitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment.
• Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
• Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity.
• Lead team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members.
