Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier guest service, fostering positive interactions with guests and employees.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all gaming machines and determine accurate payouts.
• Regularly assess and adjust staffing levels to optimize guest service on the gaming floor.
• Maintain open communication with other department managers and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule and conduct training classes, issue memos, manage payroll records for department employees, and inform managers.
• Complete all reports and projects assigned by the Slots Gaming Manager.
• Oversee proper functioning of all gaming machines and ensure availability for guest play.
• Issue instructions, assign duties, and maintain high work quality and adherence to policies.
• Resolve problems within authority and escalate beyond-scope issues to the Manager of Slots Operations.
• Develop strong working relationships with guests and fellow employees.
