Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will be part of the leadership team, trained for specific management tasks, and act as an ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness, with opportunities for leadership growth and additional compensation opportunities as listed in the benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Passion for the business and compassion for people
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required
• Serv Safe Certified preferred
