Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and help maximize profitability.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership, and effective communication skills. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are important for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Supervise team members under exempt management supervision.
• Act as ambassador of brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profits.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain product quality and cleanliness.
