Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise peers with business maturity and leadership.
• Show strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Good math and basic accounting skills; basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Serve as an ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profits.
• Lead and train team members, ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
