MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Supervisor for Brenham, TX. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts and mentor new hires to ensure guest experiences meet MOD standards.

You will deploy the squad, manage cash and inventory, and uphold safety and quality. The role requires a minimum of 18 hours across at least 3 shifts weekly. MOD offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k), free pizza, vacation time, and more.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentorship or training ability.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enforce processes with compassionate coaching.
• Calm presence in high-volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Mansioni

• Lead shift to ensure welcoming, smooth operations, and standards.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet goals.
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards.
• Resolve squad/guest concerns; escalate as needed.
• Manage cash within the shift, refunds as required.
• Take inventory and place orders with the GM.
• Adhere to shift checklists and complete tasks on time.
• Review emails for Slice updates and other info.
