Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Burleson, TX. The role focuses on leading shift operations, training new hires, and upholding MOD standards to deliver great guest experiences.

You will manage staffing, cash handling, and inventory while ensuring safety and quality across Front of House and Back of House. The position requires minimum restaurant experience and the ability to work 3 shifts per week, with opportunities for growth within Field Operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must mentor or train others and lead by example.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to follow and enforce processes and standards.
• Calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Obtain a food safety and/or alcohol certification within required timelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• You can work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure a welcoming, smooth, clean, and organized restaurant.
• Train new hires and support program rollouts and standards.
• Ensure equipment and systems like online ordering and catering are maintained.
• Use MOD tools to ensure safe food handling in back and front of house.
• Address squad or guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling and refunds within the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and communicate updates from Slice or other sources.
